Our Service
Local excellence, Global networks, Smooth Shipping.
Greatship offers a full range of ocean freight services that include inbound, outbound ocean freight solutions and FCL / LCL cross trade. We have access to a vast network of regional centers, as well as the world’s major carriers and vessel operators that enable us to accommodate almost any size of shipment to ship your cargo globally.
Full- Container Load (FCL)
Ocean freight offers an economical means of shipping larger volumes of cargo on large vessels. For customers with substantial volume of cargo, full-container load (FCL) serves as the most efficient mean for moving their cargo from point A to B in terms of long-term savings.
FCL should be used when shipping more sensitive cargo as well, which isolates your cargo with other cargos for maximum security and privacy.
Due to our extensive network, we are able to offer our clients international shipments at any incoterms.
Less-than Container Load (LCL)
Smaller volumes of cargo (cargo that does not fill a complete container) could also travel by sea, using less-than-container load (LCL), basing the costs on a per volume basis. Similar to FCL, our LCL shipments can offer you door-to-door services worldwide. This mode of transport is often times being used by our retail clients who chooses to ship directly from the factory to their outlets.
We dedicate extensive resources to developing and maintaining a highly effective consolidation solution for LCL market. We provide both traditional LCL services and multi-vendor buyers’ consolidations for shipments sourced from single and multiple countries on both origin and destination.
SEA/AIR Services
Cargo begins its journey containerized as an ocean shipment for the first ‘short-sea’ sector. Upon arrival at the transshipment point [or ‘cross-dock’] the cargo is unloaded and continues its journey as an air cargo shipment. This delivers a good alternative at times when space is at a premium, particularly from Asia.
